Chef Richard Sandoval’s Latinicity and the Real Estate ownership sought a market study and recommendations on the optimal space programming and deal parameters for a food hall in Block 37, a vertical mall in the Chicago loop.
On the strength of our research and expertise, HPI recommended a portfolio of concepts to create a unique market position with best income potential, along with programming and design counsel. We also assisted with the successful negotiation of the lease. Today, the operation is a resounding success, featuring various kitchens, a tapas restaurant, café, bar, market and lounge.
