Battery Maritime Building
The Battery Maritime Building is a landmarked grand building in the New York cityscape. The Dermot Company partnered with HPH Restaurant Management Group to develop a Boutique Hotel and large scale Food and Beverage operation, encompassing restaurants, Bars, Terraces, and a large catering/event space at the waterfront on Manhattan’s southeastern tip.
HPI was engaged by the lender and developer at various points throughout their development to conduct due diligence of the operations and its financial projections.
