The Nerai team signed close to 8,000 square feet of real estate in Midtown Manhattan to open a polished, Greek fine-dining restaurant and bar.
HPI was chosen as a guide along the way of their first opening. During the development stage, we facilitated decision-making around menu, brand, staffing, build-out, design and lease negotiation so that they were aligned with the business framework. HPI also undertook concept articulation and positioning, road-mapping and process support, operational functionality, organizational structure advisory, key personnel selection and onboarding, and marketing strategy development.
